Born in America, Andrew Holmes would not remain there for very long. At the tender age of two years old, Andrew would go back to India with his family where he would spend the next 17 years of his life. While not from the poorest family (not the richest either) Andrew knew at a very early age he wanted more. More for himself and his family. In his late teens, Andrew made his way back to America where he would prove to his family he would become the success he sought out to be. This didn't happen over night for Andrew. His arrival back in America was followed by years of struggle and failures. One day while working as a waiter at Shula's Steak House in suburban Chicago, Andrew got fed up and decided to change his life and never look back. Andrew decided to get serious with Real Estate and use it as the vehicle to success. Andrew has gone on to become a multi-millionaire real estate investor building an extremely impressive portfolio and creating the largest and most productive REIA in the country.

At the 3-Day we have a wide range of investors that attend, everyone from Beginners just getting there feet wet to avid pros needing an extra boost in the daily business.

When and Where is the 3-Day Conference?

November 1, 2, 3 at the beautiful Hilton Chicago/Oak Brook Hills Resort & Conference Center; located at 3500 Midwest Rd, Oak Brook, IL 60523.

What are the times for each day?

Friday: 9:00am - 4:30pm (VIP Session: 4:45pm - 6:30pm)

Saturday: 8:00am - 4:30pm (VIP Session: 4:45pm - 6:30pm)

Sunday: 9:00am - 4:30pm

Are breaks and lunch provided everyday?

Breaks are provided throughout each day. Lunch is provided to only VIP Attendees all 3-days.

Do I need a physical ticket to enter?

Nope! We have your name on a registration list, and no physical tickets are required.

I can only attend 2 days of the Cashflow Conference. Can I make up the 3rd day another time?

We find our attendees have the best experience when able to attend all 3 days in a row. If needed, you may also attend just two of the 3 days, and we are happy to help catch you up on what you missed.

Virtual tickets are non-refundable. Any in-person tickets are fully refundable up to 7 days prior to event by contacting our Member Services department at (630) 634-7766 or [email protected]. Any refund requests made thereafter, ticket holder can receive virtual ticket and/or credit for future purchases to value of ticket price paid minus cost of virtual ticket if applicable.
